hey it’s Adrian and today I have too’s ha1 wireless bluetooth headphones these have 40 mm drivers Bluetooth 5.4 up to an impressive 70 hours of play time and it can also be used in wired mode with a 3.5 mm Jack there’s also multi-point functionality and they’re completely folable now these are a pretty good value when they go on sale at around $30 us however there’s one thing missing on these that may or may not be a deal breaker for you so let’s take a closer look at how well perform and a big thanks to tozo for sending these out for

review in the box we have the too ha1 wireless bluetooth headphones we also have a 3.5 mm audio cable a USB type A to type-c charging cable and quick start guiding manual the tozo ha 1’s a really

nice looking headphones so it’s pretty much this matte black type of finish but where we have the tozo logo it’s kind of with a glossy type of finish which looks really nice in plays with the light well now this has a fairly lightweight pair of headphones coming in at 235 G or about half half of a pound now in terms of the foldability or portability so you can swivel them flat down to just kind of slip them into a backpack or you can actually fold them inwards just like so for even more compact carrying now once you swivel them back out or you just you know unfold them we have the left and right ear cups and this is what the material looks like from the side so it’s just kind of you know uh fake or faux type of leather material and it’s pretty plush now in terms of the ear cups you can see they could swivel out a little bit just so that once you adjust the headband which are a Steel type of frame you know they do have room to kind of adapt to your head nicely so yeah no problems there in terms of the ear cups and then we do have you know the same type of plush added headband now this is a little bit softer than on the actual ear cup material I found in terms of buttons we have the power button which turns the headphones on off you can also pause or resume music playback or put these into game mode and take them out of game mode there’s an LED indicator light volume up and down button and these will also skip tracks or go to the previous track if you long press on them and again these are tactile presses you also have a 3.5 mm audio jack if you want to connect these to you know a laptop desktop or if you have a phone that still has this port and then there’s a USB type-c port here and this seems just for charging the headphones up I wasn’t able to get this to transmit audio and then there’s a dedicated EQ button with Cycles through three eqs which are standard clear travel and deep base here’s a quick look at the specs

next section let’s connect the too ha1 to the phone so I’ll press and hold the power button until I see flashing white and red LED lights now to get this you’re going to have to hold down for about 6 seconds and I can see those flashing lights right now so I’ll hit scan on my phone and I’ll just wait for it to pop up in the bottom here under available devices too ha1 hit pair and they’re connected and I’ll repeat the same process on my zold 6 so I’ll go ahead pair it on here hit pair and I can see it’s connected at the top here now if I go back into the ha1 hit connect so it’s now connected to both phones my s24 ultra and zold 6 at the same time thanks to the multipoint connectivity but let me Demo it and I’ll

Multipoint

start playing music on the first phone to show the multipoint and I can just pause that start playing on the second phone so it’s pretty seamless let’s take a look at the app

App Settings

App Settings — Watch this section

settings in the too app so the ha1 is connected I can see the battery life at 100% And if I scroll down I can see the current EQ set to piano I could click into that generally I use the electronic equalizer on here but there’s actually even better options than that you can go into EQ Zone and it shows recommended eqs you know that were created by the too Community you can also go into my EQ so these are the two that I’ve you know kind of downloaded and I’ve been using and I really like them more than the default ones and you can also take a look at any custom eqs that you’ve created but that’s really about it for the options in here and you’ll notice that there’s no active noise cancellation options and there’s no game mode option even though there is a uh game mode on these headphones you can activate it by just you know double tapping the power button to activate it but in in the app it’s actually not there now if you go into the settings it shows if there’s any type of updates available for the headphones and we are on the current version let’s take a look

at the touch control so right now I have music playing if I press once on the power button you can see it’s just going to pause that music playback and another power button press is going to resume playback now if I double tap it’s going to put it into game mode on or game mode off and of course you could press and up on the power button to increase the volume or press down to lower the volume the other thing you could do is you could just press and hold on the forward button to advance the track or press and hold on the minus button to go back to the previous track so that’s all fairly standard pressing the EQ button Cycles through the standard EQ a clear travel EQ and a deep base EQ but I haven’t found a way to actually map the exact type of eqs that you want say I wanted to go to you know standard classical and jazz I haven’t seen a way to actually map that to the EQ button let’s talk

Sound

Sound — Watch this section

about the sound that you can expect from the ha1 so the very first time I put this on and I started listening to music I could tell that this was tuned heavily towards base performance and they mention that with their or X 2.0 technology so even though there’s a ton of presets to choose from in the too app I still noticed that Basse remained pretty much dominant all the way through and in a lot of cases that led to you know kind of a underperforming you know mids and highs so vocals would come through a little bit muddy for my taste now now you can kind of offset it so that the travel or vocals sound a little bit better by switching to one of the different eqs in the too app or you could look at the community eqs of which there’s a bunch of them and I actually tried some and they’re pretty decent but overall this is just tuned you know more heavily for bass users or people who appreciate Bass music so if you really like a balanced type of sound you’re not going to get it with the ha1 and don’t get me wrong when I was younger I really loved you know headphones that just had a ton of Bas and that’s what these deliver on so if you’re a fan of you know uh just kind of resonant Bas with a prolonged Bas decade this is actually going to deliver quite well on that and I did listen to music that would you know kind of highlight or take advantage of that and yeah it sounds good you get you know good base thump deep base but again it’s not going to be as tight and clean in delivery as you know better tuned or higher end offerings especially for the price that these cost let’s do a

Sound Leakage?

sound leak demo so it’s pretty much sealed all the way around on the mannequin head top bottom left and right as much as I can get it so right now the volume is at around 50% and I can’t hear anything and I’m in a very quiet room I’m going to put this up to about 80% and the microphone is about 10 in away and I could hear a little bit of music now I’ll put it to 100% And I could hear at 100% % I could hear the music a little bit clearer again I’m in a dead quiet room so if you’re on a bus in a coffee shop and people are you know a good 2 to 3 ft or more away from you I doubt they’ll be able to hear much at all this is only going to be an issue if you’re in a library and you’re listening at max volume but if you’re at around 50 to 60% there shouldn’t be any noticeable

sound leakage here’s an example of what microphone audio sounds like coming from the tozo ha1 wirless headphones if you plan to use these for any type of calls or meetings I’m now playing a little bit of simulated background noise on my phone and it’s pretty close to the too’s microphone so here’s what it would sound like if you were making a call or talking to someone in a somewhat noisy

also super comfortable even if you wear glasses most of the day like I do and once you adjust the headband you know you don’t feel like a ton of clamping pressure but it still feels nice and

secure on here now these are rated for up to 70 hours of battery life and that thanks in part to the 400 Milah battery on here now I haven’t used these continuously for 70 hours yet but because there’s no active noise cancellation on there it seems pretty reasonable that these can last close to

that long I mentioned that there’s a potential deal breaker with the tozo H1s and that is that there’s no active noise cancellation or transparency mode on

here so if you’re looking for a budget pair of headphones the too ha1 is a pretty good opt option especially if you could get these on sale you get multipoint functionality which is not always available on headphones at this price along with that impressive up to 70 hours of playtime the music also sounds pretty good if you’re more into bass heavy type of sound and you also have the option to use it in wired mode with the 3.5 mm audio jack so if you’re interested in picking up the tozo ha1 Bluetooth wireless headphones I’m going to leave some links down below for you to check it out or to learn more if you found this video helpful please consider checking out some of my other reviews on headphones and earbuds and even Tech in general I review a bunch of different Tech on this channel I’m sure you’ll find something you like and if I can ask a huge favor would you mind liking and subscribing truly does help me out a lot and I really do appreciate your support and I’ll see you in the next one soon
