alright guys so this is the 18-inch Alienware backpack I was debating between getting this one or the backpack that’s you know it’s rated for the the 17.3 inch which is uh what the new the new Alienware are for is that’s the size pretty sure it’s seventeen point three that they listed up now you know that’s a it’s quite a big laptop it’s a you know it’s pretty chunky pretty thick so I was worried that you know if I got the you know the seventeen point three hundred backpack if it was gonna be a tight fit and just from looking online you know a lot of people were happy with the seventeen point three but when I spoke to Dell specifically you know one of their reps told me to just get the eighteen that they’ve had a lot of returns of the 17.3 inch so you know that’s exactly what I did I got the eighteen you know I think the the 17 17 inch version is nicer you know I think these these pieces here they’re blue but on this backpack they’re just black so to give me your
Bag Features & Pockets
idea of what this backpack looks like it’s pretty much back all the way around you know there’s these little side pockets here with a little little silver reflector on each side okay in terms of in terms of what you can fit in here you can fit a decent amount but you know it’s not meant for very very thick items so you know you have a pocket here where you can just slide things in her headphones things like that start to show but there’s other pockets down there for you know your USB drives business cards pens things like that so this is the front pocket this middle pocket here you it comes with a little Alienware pouch that you know I keep all my wires and mouse wireless mouse things like that in there and in here you have a couple of sleeves here I put a mousepad there yes you can also put tablets and my charger is in there and then there’s another another little zippered pocket here now the back of it and you can see once you once you have the laptop in here it actually stands up you don’t really have to do too much so in that way it’s very solidly built in terms of wearing it in comfort these are these are very padded you know that is a good but it I’ve noticed the first day I put it on it felt quite heavy I think this laptop is up almost ten pounds just a laptop alone so it took me like a day or two and then after that I don’t even feel it when I wear it now so
Laptop Fit & Space
yeah so this is with the laptop in there so it is a so that’s the the 17 the 17.3 inch I believe the are four so when you take it out you have a you have a pocket in here surround this whole laptop at the same time you have a pocket in here where you can fit a tablet and then you know there’s no other pockets in her so when you actually put it in goes all the way down and then it zips up pretty easily so I would say if you’re debating on getting the 17-inch version or the the 18 inch you know definitely get the 18 inch it’s a it’s a it’s a perfect fit I would say there’s not a lot of room on the sides once it’s in you can see not that much room and you know you’re gonna be happy the 17.3 you know if it’s a exact fit or a tight fit you know any type of pressure or pulling on the bag is probably gonna make it wear out easier alright so hope that makes your decision easier and for my next video I’m gonna do a review on the briefcase in case any of you are interested in the briefcase version for carrying your back all right thanks guys bye
