Evoxt offers virtual machine and VPS services with multiple global locations. I’m currently using their Japan-based VPS to run my own virtual private server, and overall, the experience has been smooth, reliable, and beginner-friendly.
I hope this review helps those looking for a reliable VPS provider. I was in the same situation around 5 months ago, looking for my first VPS provider. After experiencing slow speeds and unreliability with another provider, I recently switched to Evoxt, and things have been smooth so far.
Please note that I am on their Premium Japanese server. This review is based on the Premium server offerings; however prices start as low as $2.99 / month. Full pricing details can be found here.
Please note that I am part of Evoxt’s Affiliate Program. However, my review is not influenced by Evoxt in any way.
Sign-Up and Setup Experience
The sign-up process was quick and straightforward, with no unnecessary friction. Server deployment was fast, and the initial setup required minimal effort. Evoxt also supports automatic payment renewal, which helps avoid accidental service interruptions due to missed payments.
Performance and Speeds
In day-to-day use, performance has been solid. General web browsing feels responsive, and uploading videos to platforms like YouTube has been smooth and consistent.
I’m running the Evoxt VPS alongside v2rayN to host my own VPN. Because of this setup, my idle latency sits around 174 ms, which is expected. Despite that, real-world speeds have been very usable.

- Download: 571.94 Mbps
- Upload: 4.28 Mbps
These speeds are more than sufficient for general browsing, streaming, and regular uploads.
Dashboard and Management
Evoxt’s backend dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. Managing the server, adjusting settings, and handling account options is intuitive, even for users who aren’t deeply experienced with VPS management.

Additional options are available, such as adding extra IP addresses or managing multiple users, which adds flexibility for more advanced setups.

Pricing and Payment Options
The VPS plan I’m using costs $11.99 USD per month, which is quite reasonable considering the performance and reliability. The plan includes 1000 MB of traffic, and Evoxt supports a wide range of payment methods:
- Credit card/debit card
- PayPal
- Bitcoin
- AliPay
- USDT (Tether)
Their most affordable server options start at $2.99 USD per month, and full pricing details can be found here. Other server locations include, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Poland, Amsterdam, Japan (Tokyo), Malaysia and Australia.
There are also options to add in Extra CPU Cores, Extra RAM, Extra Bandwidth Traffic, etc.
Final Thoughts
So far, Evoxt has delivered a reliable VPS experience with good performance, fair pricing, and an easy-to-use management interface. For users looking to run a VPS in Japan—especially for custom VPN setups or general-purpose server use—Evoxt is a solid option worth considering.
