Design
The sweatshirt is a crew neck style sweatshirt that looks sharp and will match pretty much any outfit. It only comes in a navy color. In terms of logo branding, there is only a FIOBOC logo on the front of the sweatshirt. When you run your fingers across the logo, the silicone material is depressed, then instantly pops back up as soon as your finger leaves the area, so the material is quite soft and pliable, a nice touch.
The neck, bottom of the sweatshirt and wrist area is lined with a thin white line that pops and contrasts well against the navy color. There are ribbed cuff ends and a ribbed hem at the bottom of the sweatshirt. There is no additional branding on the rear of the sweatshirt.
The sweatshirt also contains no annoying labels underneath, which can irritate skin.
Build Quality & Features
Straight off, it has a heavier feel when worn, which feels high-quality and premium. Fioboc describes the material as being an eco-friendly TENCEL fiber material made of sustainable, wood-based fibers. The material is made through nano-interface double dredging technology, resulting in a layer of silica particles that form an isolation layer to resist water, stains and oils while allowing easy cleaning capability.
You can see that the water is repelled pretty much on contact with the sweatshirt. After splashing a glass of water on the sleeve, there were only remnants of water drops remaining on the sleeve that I was able to brush off easily and keep the sweatshirt dry.
Fioboc fabrics are blended with bamboo fibers, natural cotton fibers, and polyester fibers. The unique makeup of the Fioboc fabrics results in a fast-drying sweatshirt. Moisture wicking is another benefit of the blend of materials.

Fit & Comfort
While the material wears a bit heavier (something I prefer), the sweatshirt remains comfortable for a full day of wear. The blend of materials also allows for excellent breathability to allow for cooling whenever there is a nice breeze while still retaining the moisture-wicking ability. Moving around in the sweatshirt without experiencing snags or tightness due to the Ponte Roma stretch fabric, a double-knit fabric that allows for four-way stretching due to the elasticity of the material.
I’m also happy that the sleeve length is long enough since my arms are a little longer.
I wore the sweatshirt without an undershirt and didn’t experience any itchiness or rough areas. For context, I ordered the large size, and I am around 180 cm and 180 lbs. While the large size fits me fine, if I wanted a baggier fit, I could easily have ordered the XL size as well.
Is It Worth It?
I’m pretty impressed with how premium the sweatshirt feels and how comfortable it is to wear. Breathability is always something I look for, and I was able to wear this even on a hotter day without any issues. I also don’t have to worry about being caught out in the rain, and even if I am, I’m sure I will be able to dry off quickly.
If you’re a fan of heavier gauge material and like that feeling, this sweatshirt will be a perfect option for you. I did not iron or press the sweatshirt before wearing it, but it still wore pretty nicely.
