What’s In The Box?
In the package, you have the headphones, a USB type C charging cable, a 3.5 mm audio cable, and a manual.
Build Quality
The build quality of the Kvidio headphones is decent but will likely not survive a significant drop. Due to its lightweight nature, most of the headphones are a plastic build, with a metal frame for the adjustment band pictured above.
The part of the headphones that rest on top of the head is adequately padded for comfort. There are also nicely padded earcups that are comfortable to wear for hours.
The earcups can be rotated sideways and tucked up to make them compact to transport. There is no annoying creaking when wearing or adjusting the headphones.
Headphone Ports
The right earcup contains all the ports and buttons. You’ll find buttons to adjust the volume, which also doubles to skip and go back for music tracks and a power button. These buttons are on the small side for my liking and could be finicky to adjust without taking a couple of tries due to their proximity. A bit more spaced-out design would have been great but not a deal-breaker.
Next to the buttons are an LED indicator light, a type C USB charging port, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a small microphone for calls.
Sound Quality
The most important factor, right? And it does deliver there. These sound great when you play high-quality audio through them. The maximum volume is also much better than on the Philips Upbeat that I reviewed previously. The sound clarity is great and much more than I expected for headphones at this price. The bass is adequate, and you feel it, but it isn’t dirty bass that rattles your head.
There is no active noise cancellation, but they do perform a great job of reducing external noises since the earcups completely surround the ears.
Here is an audio sample of how loud it gets: https://youtu.be/lTvy9MIWz9Q?t=293
One quirk that I want to point out is that whenever you crank the volume to the maximum, the audio cuts out to play an audio clip that says “maximum volume,” then your regular sound comes back. It does take you out of the listening experience, and a simple beep would have achieved the same effect.
Bluetooth Features
The pairing process is quick and straightforward. Bluetooth multipoint also works well when the headphones are connected to two devices simultaneously. While listening to music from my computer, if I get an incoming call on my phone, the headphones automatically prioritize or switch the audio to the phone’s audio to allow me to answer the call.
The Bluetooth range is rated for 33 feet or 10 meters, but I experienced 40 feet of perfect audio transmission with a clear line of sight. I could have probably achieved more range, but I’m not generally that far away from my phone or computer.
Battery Life
Battery life is rated for up to 50 to 55 hours of music listening. Now, I haven’t run these for 50 hours continuously to test this out, but I noticed that I don’t have to recharge these headphones often. I also listen to music at pretty loud volumes, and the battery life still lasts me days.
Extended Wear Comfort
I can usually use these for 3 to 5 hours comfortably. If you wear glasses, you’ll likely be fine when listening to these for long periods because they do not exert too much pressure against the sides of your head. The padded earcups also help.
Do I Recommend?
I can recommend these headphones 100%. The price is right and the audio clarity and maximum volume output will please most. While the design is simple and may not look like a high-end product, the sound coming out of it cannot be argued. If you decide to pick these up, let me know if you agree with my recommendation.

are these manufactured by same people as the mpow h12?
getting around Amazon’s sales ban?
Hmm, no idea. I can see some design similarities, but it doesn’t appear to be a 100% copy.
Hello,
Two people wearing those headphones in a noisy restaurant could they speak together and ear there voice in the headphone?
Thanks
Hi Michel, if you’re planning on having a conversation through an app with this headphone paired to each phone, yes you will be able to hear in a noisy restaurant because these headphones have a pretty good seal. However, the audio that the microphone picks up from the noisy environment won’t be 100% clear since it doesn’t have special technology to isolate voice when in a noisy environment.
Thank you for the review.
Is it possible to charge these headphones with a usb-c to usb-c cable as is common on most newer phone and laptop chargers? I’ve had headphones in the past that had a usb-c charging port, but required a specific usb-a to c cable. I always found this limitation irritating, as it necessitated It’s own special cable.
Hi Jean-Marc, I can confirm that the headphones charge by USB C to USB C, so you have both options available if you do not want to use a USB Type C to USB Type A cable.
Looks good. Do these headphones support hearing aid T-Coil? None of the reviews mention this.
Hi Hal, I do not think that support hearing aid T-Coil, because they do not make mention of this feature, sorry.
