review in the Box for the cases you get the case itself and if you get the glass Warrior screen protector it comes pre-applied to this applicator guide you also get a large dust sticker small dust stickers cleaning wipe for the screen drawing cloth and if you get the magnetic ring holder it comes by itself
Design
in the Box let’s take a quick look before I install the cases so this first case is the armor air Aurora case and it’s called the armor air because it’s only coming in at a very lightweight 25 G now if I take a look at the side here where we can see the frame of the case you can see just how very thin that is there’s cutouts for easy access to the SP Spen the speaker Grill and USB typ-c charging and then if we take a look at the top we have a cutout for the microphone there as well and then for the camera lens protection we have a huge cutout here and if I do a side view you can see this is raised up so that the camera lens will sit kind of receded in here so when you place it face down they’re protected the banks logo is embossed on the camera lens cutout which is tastfully done and then on the inside we have this magnetic mounting ring that we’re going to use for Max safe charging and to mount Max safe accessories and this is the Armor Pro 600 DK so this is coming in at around 34 G so it’s about 9 to 10 G heavier than on the armor Air Pro it’s also going to provide a little bit more protection because you can see if we take a look at a side view here while we have a huge cutout on the armor air case on the 600D it’s a fully intact frame on the side and as well on the bottom so if you’re looking for a bit more protection the 600D case is where you want to go the front bezel on the 600D also wraps around a little bit more than on the armor air case and the sides of the case are made with a soft TPU type of material and this is the Armor Pro Montage case now this comes in at around 35 G the only real difference is if we take a look at the design on the back here so this is a consistent type of pattern whereas with this we have a little bit more variance to the pattern but both are very
ArmorAir Aurora Case
grippable and this is what the s25 ultra looks like with the armor air Aurora case insult so if we take a look at the top we can see we have precise cutouts there and then looking at the bottom again very precise cutouts for the speaker Grill Spen and if I go ahead and pop the Spen out you can see it protrudes out enough you could just slip your fingernail in there grab it and put it right back in that’s no issue at all and then on the side we have the expose volume and power button so those remain just as tacked up so not only does the s25 ultra look beautiful in this case there’s a ton of grip ability thanks to this textured weave type of pattern and it’s basically the same all the way around so you can see it’s very easy for me to just kind of rotate the phone manipulate it with zero issues just onehanded right now the screen is fairly clean but I’m just going to run my fingers here and you can see I’ve left three type of streaks right there you can see those outlines there now if I do the same type of thing on the back back of the case even though I’ve kind of Applied lotion before I started the video just kind of angulating and looking I could barely see any type of smudges or any residue being left behind so if you’re someone with very oily fingerprints this is the case for you and looking at the protection this case provides so if I angulate it to the side you could see the camera lens bezels or lip actually protrude out further than the camera lens modules so you’ll have zero issues if you place the phone on a flat surface the camera lens are completely protected looking at the front screen protection so I could see that the side bezels or the top frame extends out slightly so that if you put the phone face down on a Surface you don’t have to worry about the screen being scratched the side bezels on the screen also protrude out ever so slightly to provide additional
ArmorPro 600D Case
protection and this is what the Armor Pro 600 de case looks like on the s25 ultra so right away I can can tell that it’s a little bit more grippy thanks to the soft TPU edges here and we still have that nicely textured back here which is also still very resistant to fingerprints or smudges I can see a little bit more than I would on the armor air case but it’s still pretty manageable and we have the same type of camera lens protection when looked at from the side it’s the same type of depth and then we also still have tactile buttons and it’s still easy to go ahead and access the Spen anytime you need to the front screen protection is a little bit more than on the armor air case so you can see if I angulate that to the side that front lip or bezel protrudes out a little bit
ArmorPro Montage Case
more and this is what the Armor Pro Montage case looks like and similar to the 600D case we have the same type of great grip ability thanks to that soft feel side and the Kevlar fiber back now if we take a look at the camera lens protection it’s the same type of protection as with all the other cases we still retain access to all of the ports for easy charging and Spen access
Wobble Test
there is noticeable wobble because of the one-sided camera cutout so there’s nothing placed on the corners to help keep it flush when it’s placed flat down on a Surface Spen use is completely
S Pen
unaffected by the magnetic mounting ring and that goes for all of the cases NFC
NFC
use is also completely unaffected with the magnetic mounting ring there’s zero
Magsafe & Qi Charging
issues with Chi wireless charging and Max safe charging as well and there’s a very secure hole with Mac safe Chargers
MagClap Accessory
the optional magnetic ring attachment is actually really welld designed so it only comes in at around 23 g and you can see on the bottom we have this math type of finish which is flush and that’s to protect it anytime you snap this on to the rear of your case and also what you can do is you can just lift up the ring here and this can be used as a vertical or horizontal kickstand whatever you see fit so I could just snap that into place you can hear how well that snapped in there and then I can actually just go ahead and shake the phone right from the top and even from the side and it’s a very secure hold and this is actually held in place really nicely so you can hear that clicks into place and it’s nicely friction so it’s not going to just pop out Loose anytime you know due to gravity so yeah really nice accessory and one other bonus benefit of this is if you get this well when you place your phone flat down you’re not going to have any type of wobble issues while I was
Magnetic Mounting
able to mount the case to my metal shelving it wasn’t a super secure hold so I don’t recommend doing this I’m now
Glass Warrior Screen Protector
going to install the glass Warrior screen protector so the first thing you’re going to do is to just use the cleaning wipe to clean the screen off use the drying cloth to dry everything and then use the dust stickers to remove any type of dust next you’re going to use the installation guide for the screen protector so notice it says top at the top here you’re just going to place that on your phone screen so that the top is where the selfie camera is and then you’re going to pull number one all the way out make sure that everything is nice and flush then you’re going to pull number two out and then you’ll finally lift the applicator off and everything is done the fingerprint unlock is just as responsive as when the screen protector wasn’t on now I did read my fingerprints after putting on the screen protector and I highly recommend you do that now in terms of reflectivity you could see it is far more reflective than with the screen protector off the screen protector still shows smudges but it’s way more controlled than without the screen protector the screen Clarity along with the responsiveness and fluidness seems just as good as without the screen protector and here’s what the s25 ultra looks like with the glass Warrior screen protector on along with the armor air Aurora case so yeah this is pretty much protection all the way around and with the screen protector applied going into the 600D case this is what it looks like from the front so the screen protector in no way affects the protective bezels or lips from kind of wrapping around to
