I hope this review will help those who are considering ChemiCloud, but are unsure of this company. I was in the same situation a little over a year ago as well. Before making most of my purchase decisions, I browse tons of reviews, and I could not find many reviews about ChemiCloud before I signed up. So hopefully, this review helps.

You get a lot of value for what you pay. I came across cheaper web hosting companies, but after thorough review research, none of them left me feeling comfortable if I was to run into any issues, and needed billing or customer support.
Having unlimited bandwidth is great peace of mind. The 24/7 chat support came in handy when I needed to contact them for help with CloudFlare setup. The daily backups are also a huge relief, especially if you aren’t going to be using a third-party service or plug-in for backups.
ChemiCloud’s Shortcomings
Please keep in mind that I am not a professional web hosting reviewer, so these shortcomings are based on my opinion as a blogger.

Account Dashboard & Back-End cPanel Modules
The account dashboard is user-friendly, and it’s easy to navigate around to find what you need. I really like the dashboard because the chat icon is located at the bottom right of the screen, so you can chat with support quickly with no clicking around.
The back-end contains many modules to help accomplish pretty much any task you need to do. I found the offerings to be on par or maybe even a bit more than I remember having with SiteGround. That said, I haven’t needed to into most of these modules for my use.
Speed & Loading Times
In the cPanel dashboard, there is an option to enable Cloudflare with Railgun for improved loading speeds. My website scores a B grade on GTMetrix with Cloudflare enabled with RailGun and additional third-party caching and minification plugins from the WordPress plugin library.
Now, I know that the WordPress theme that I am using is not optimized for speed, and modifying theme files is beyond my scope. My website also has to load Google Adsense Ads, which adds to loading time due to scripts. I could have achieved better GTMetrix scores using a more optimized theme and with Adsense turned off. Still, considering all of that, my website loads within 1 second from my desktop and phone. For my needs at this time, it is adequate, but it is something that I will have to monitor as my website grows and the website traffic increases.
I would say that the speed you can expect will depend on how optimized your website is. I have seen other reviews mention much quicker loading times with ChemiCloud than I experienced, but I can only showcase my experience.
ChemiCloud’s Pricing
For pricing, I will focus on the Shared Hosting & WordPress hosting plans since I only have experience with those plans. There isn’t a difference between the Shared Hosting plan & the WordPress Hosting plan in terms of price. The differences between those two services are that the WordPress hosting plan has server optimizations to suit WordPress websites more efficiently, according to ChemiCloud support.

Final Thoughts
Going back to the start of this review, the primary reason I would choose ChemiCloud is their customer support. A web host can have tons of features to enable, but if you are a beginner or not well versed with how to set those things up, then that type of functionality goes unused anyways.
The features included in most of the shared hosting plans are great for bloggers or those who need a presentation-type website that won’t be streaming files or hosting tons of files for download. I do not have experience using the VPS Cloud Hosting plans, so I cannot comment on them.
Will I continue with ChemiCloud when my renewal comes up? I plan on it. Even though I will be paying the total price at renewal instead of the introductory price, I am satisfied with the uptime, features, and customer support I received. Thankfully, I have not had to create too many support tickets or chat requests, a testament to how smoothly my website has been running on ChemiCloud.
