so you’ve been using an app for a while and it’s been working perfectly but all of a sudden today it’s no longer loading it’s not opening and it just keeps crashing as soon as you open it go ahead and long press on the app icon and then at the very top right corner you’re going to see an i icon in a circle go ahead and tap on that scroll down until you see storage tap on storage and very important click the option at the bottom right called clear cache do not click on clear data or you may have additional problems once you do that go ahead and close everything and then try to launch the app again if you’re still having problems go ahead tap and hold on the app icon again click the I and this time you’re going to click for stop in the bottom right corner go ahead and click on that and then click okay and then close everything and try to relaunch the app again and it should work if clearing the cache forcing the app to stop and restarting your phone doesn’t fix the issue most likely the issue is not with your phone it’s actually with the app company so go ahead and contact them for additional help if you found this tip helpful and you’d like to see a little bit more go ahead like follow And subscribe and I’ll see you in the next one soon
