If you just picked up your S26 Ultra and you’re looking for top-notch protection with premium features, you have to check out the MacBack Elite case. It has ultrar N52 magnets allowing you to magnetically mount your phone horizontally or vertically to metallic surfaces with a super strong hold that doesn’t slip. An included Maxic accessory lets you mount your phone magnetically to non- metallic surfaces. Chi wireless charging is unaffected and that super stronghold allows you to use max safe charging along with max safe accessories such as Macax wallet, a power bank or any type of accessory with a super strong hold. An easy to install edgeless screen protector paired with the thick protective front and rear bezels. Shock absorbing corners gives you up to 6 ft of drop protection.
A built-in kickstand lets you use your phone horizontally or vertically. And there’s also a built-in finger loop that lets you hold your phone securely and stows away flush and quickly. And you can completely customize the look of the case with optional color accents to really make it yours. This is pretty much the perfect case for the S26 Ultra with one small quirk. Design
in at around 59 to 60 grams. Now, it feels very premium in the hand and it’s a very nice and stealth matte type of look. The rear lens cutout is a split type of design. So, on the left side, we have a large cutout with a little type of cutout at the bottom there as well. And then on the right side, we have individual cutouts. And I think you probably will be able to run a lens protector depending on how thick it is since we have this larger cutout. That raised camera bezel or raise camera lip does extend higher than the overall case itself. There’s also a built-in finger loop. So, you can see you could slide your finger right under there, lift that up, hold the case, you know, kind of dang it, and then it stows away nice and flush. There’s a hidden kickstand at the bottom here.
So, you just put your fingernail, pry that up till it clicks into place, and this can be used for horizontal or vertical viewing. And then when you’re done with it, there is a magnetic button here. You could just snap this into place. The side of the case has metallic button covers. And we have these textured silicone type of side grips on the right side and left side as well. The back of the button covers are protected to ensure that your phone’s buttons don’t get scratched. On the very bottom, we have a cutout for the S Pen along with a speaker grill cutout. And we also have a pinky pillow rest that covers the USB type-C charging port to just keep dust and things out of there. Now, this is removable if you want to remove it. And we also have a cutout to run a lanyard loop.
There’s a cutout at the top as well. And if we look on the inside of the case, it’s nice and smooth, ensuring that your phone is not going to be damaged. Now, if you look at the very corners here, we do have shock absorbing corners. And you could see that the front lip does curve around a little bit. So, you have edgetoedge coverage once you have the screen protector installed. And that thick raised bezel or lip means that if you were to place the phone screen side down, even without a screen protector, there’s no chance of it getting
Edgeless Screen Protector Install
scratched. To install the included edgeless screen protector, it’s really simple. The first thing you’re going to do is place your S26 Ultra camera side down in the box. Next, use the included cleaning wipes to clean the screen off. Use the drying cloth to dry the screen. And then use the dust sticker to remove any remaining dust. Close the box. Make sure the pull tab is on the outside of the box. Then you’re going to pull the pull tab with an even amount of force until it completely comes out. And

you’re done. With the edgeless screen protector installed, it’s a perfect fit, giving you edgetoedge coverage. And you can see the cutout for the top speaker grill is nice and aligned. Now, it’s very easy to go ahead and unlock your phone with your fingerprints. similar to when the screen protector was off. The colors still look really good, really vivid, and the privacy screen is also unaffected with the screen protector on. The one change I noticed is that the screen is a little bit more reflective with the screen protector on. Installing

Post-Install Thoughts
done. And this is what the S26 Ultra looks like in the MacBack Elite case. is a super stealth look and it really looks sharp, especially with the white of the S26 Ultra contrasting against that matte black. The fitment is extremely secure on here. So, you can see that front screen bezel or lip wraps around and interfaces nicely with the edge of the screen protector, so you have complete coverage edge to edge. The top speaker grill remains completely unobstructed and same with the cutout at the top as well. The cutouts at the bottom are precisely aligned for the speaker grill and USB type-C port. Hand Feel
in and out. In terms of hand feel and ergonomics, this feels really good in the hand. It’s still very easy to manipulate side to side, top and bottom as well. And thanks to those textured side grips on the side, which you can see protrude out. It adds a ton of griability on here. Now, the material is this kind of soft type of feel to it. So, it’s a little bit matte, but not a slippery type of matte material. It just comes together really nice in the hand.
Protection
The MagBback Elite case is rated for up to 6 ft of drop protection. Now, I dropped this screen side down and camera lens side down, and I had absolutely no damage. Now, that’s thanks to the thick raised rear bezels and front bezels as well, along with the air cushioned corners and that edgeless screen protector.
Magnetic Mounting
Now, my favorite feature is the ultra strong magnetic hold or mounting strength of the MagBback cases. This has N52 strength magnets. And even though that rear camera lens bezel protrudes out, the magnetic hold is so strong that even if it doesn’t sit flush against a fridge, for example, it still stays on strong and secure. And you can use the Maxic accessory anytime you have a non- metallic surface that you want to mount to. And you could see I have the same strong magnetic mounting strength. I was also able to mount this to my metallic shelf frame, to a metallic table leg, to my fridge. No issues at all, whether doing it horizontally, vertically, or anywhere in between. Chi wireless
Wireless Charging
charging is completely unaffected. And thanks to the super strong magnetic hold, you can also use Maxafe charging.
Magsafe Accessories
Another thing I love is the ability to use Maxave accessories. So, you could use something like MacBax wallet, which also doubles as a horizontal or vertical kickstand, and it also has a built-in finger loop. But you can also use power banks, ring holders, or any other type
S Pen
of Macsafe accessory. If you regularly use the S Pen, it’s completely unaffected even with the strong N52
Fingerloop
magnets. And to demo just how strong the finger loop is. So I’ll go ahead slide my finger in here and you can see I could shake the phone up and down, side to side, diagonally, basically any direction, and it stays nice and secure in there. And then when I’m done, I just go ahead press it down and it stores away nice and flush in a matter of seconds. And even with the built-in finger loop, I can easily attach my magback wallet. And you can see it’s such a strong and flush connection, there’s no issues at all. The kickstand
Kickstand
is also really stable. So, if I go ahead and use it horizontally and I bang on the table, you can see the phone’s not going anywhere. And if I do the same thing vertically as well, the phone does move around, but it doesn’t fall over or
NFC
collapse. NFC use is also completely
Wobble
unaffected. So, the small quirk that I mentioned at the start of the video is that there is a decent amount of wobble.
Color Accents
Just something to keep in mind. You can also customize the look of the case with optional color accent pack. So you can change the color of the side grips of the finger loop or the pinky pillow
